The Castle is one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants in the Wabash Valley. Pappy’s Bar-B-Que is the best in the Wabash Valley. Located in Brazil, Indiana, just a short 20 minutes away, it is well worth the short drive if you’re looking for really good barbecue.
